Nicole Peura, O.T.R./L. earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with focus in Exercise Physiology, along with a double minor in nutrition and psychology, in 2006 from the University of New Hampshire. In 2020 she received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Salem State University, completing her final fieldwork placement at Physical Therapy North where she discovered her passion for hand therapy and upper extremity dysfunction. She has over a decade of experience in a wide array of treatment settings and populations ranging in age from pediatric as young as 3 years old to older adults of 100+ years.

Nicole has routinely performed evaluations utilizing a plethora of standardized and non-standardized assessments to develop customized interventions in alignment with client-centered goals. She is passionate about working with clients to restore function and engagement in meaningful daily and recreational activities. As a life long learner, she is always looking to expand her knowledge base with plans to pursue further certifications.
