Occupational Therapy/Hand Rehabilitation
The Physical Therapy North staff are licensed and registered occupational therapists and certified hand therapists. The therapists provide upper extremity rehabilitation services designed to optimize restoration of function. They devise individualized evaluations and treatment programs for injuries and conditions involving the hand, elbow, and wrist. Therapeutic goals are set in collaboration with the patient and focus on functional independence for home, work, and leisure.
Our therapists perform comprehensive evaluations and treatment techniques that are supported by evidence-based practice. The evaluation and follow-up assessments include outcome measures to ensure patients optimally return to their previous level of function in all aspects of life.
