At Sports Medicine North, convenience for our patients is one of our top priorities. You can request a prescription by calling (978) 818-6350 or visiting our online Patient Portal by clicking here. Please note that new prescriptions and refills are only issued during our normal business hours. Click here to view our office hours by location. 

Please note if it is a Friday before a holiday, all prescription requests must be made by 2:00 p.m. or they will not be filled until the following business day.
