“I had my second cortisone injection for my shoulder, and it’s already feeling much better in less than 24 hours. I woke up during the night with a headache, but my shoulder felt excellent. My first injection was done at Beverly Hospital but only provided relief for about three to four weeks. In contrast, my first injection with Dr. Miller lasted two and a half months before I really started having pain again. I am hopeful that this one will do the same. Dr. Fehnel said I would probably need surgery; I'm hoping it can be done after the upcoming holidays.”

“A year and half ago, I fell and broke my right wrist, went to another health facility due to the fact it was a Saturday and it was an emergency. However, I wasn't treated professionally. I was in the hospital for 3 days before I was even seen by an orthopedic doctor. Just a very bad experience. I met with Dr. Uroskie about 13 yrs ago and I had carpel tunnel surgery. He’s a great doctor. I fell in October 2013. He made the entire experience entirely different. I was treated with a very professional staff, and especially Dr. Uroskie. Between the surgery post-op and physical therapy, I felt I was treated by the best. He actually took a step further to find out why my bones were breaking so easily. He sent me to Dr. Miller, who found out I had a very high Vitamin D deficiency. I would recommend any of the doctors at Sports Medicine North. In fact, my husband is seeing Dr. Polansky with unfortunately a knee replacement surgery within the near future.”
